I have read from the news online that Sharon Cuneta is going to host a new show in ABS-CBN. I think it is the Philippine version of The Biggest Loser. I know this will be another interesting show as this is different from others because the challengers are all obese and will do every challenge to be the greatest weight loser and be declared the winner. The challengers will all be taught on how to lose stomach fat fast, have their proper diet and do effective exercises and drills to effectively lose weights.

I bet this is another big hit TV show as everyone will definitely be interested to also learn while watching on how one can effectively lose weight within a certain time frame. In would also be interesting to witness what can people are willing to desperately to do to lose weight and be declared as The Biggest Loser at the end of the season.

I have just turned another older and I can’t help but wonder how I get older every day of my life. I know ageing is nothing but a normal process in every human or even animal life, but I just don’t want to look old, though I feel old inside. Thank God, I don’t feel like rotting inside…lol. I have seen several advertisements that endorse various commercial products that contain anti oxidants, an effective anti ageing product that is widely used recently. Antioxidants are believe to be contained in coffee, tea, some beverages and food, soaps, lotions and more products that can possible by fused with antioxidants or normally made by nature to contain useful and safe amount of antioxidants.

I started drinking tea and coffee since the time I can’t really remember when. Now I’m hoping that my natural ageing process will be slowed down with the antioxidants that I have started to ingest.

December is fast approaching and this means the cool breeze will soon get colder and colder everyday as we approach the Christmas season.
