Babies are indeed blessings. Having three kids has definitely changed my life for the better. It is hard to imagine not having them in the family – they bring so much joy! Of course they are not perfect children and have, at one point, have challenged my temper but in the end I am still grateful to have them.
Here in the Philippines, gifts from godparents during Christmas are a big deal. Now the kids are enjoying gifts from their godparents, both from here and outside the country. Some of them sent baby arrival gifts when the kids were born. I could not thank God enough for giving me very thoughtful friends who love and care for my kids! Despite the calamity that hit our city, this Christmas is still merry for us.
One of my lifelong dream is to own a motor home and possibly go on long road trips where I can just camp out in it. In the USA, the use of motor homes and recreational vehicles is widespread. In fact, a friend of mine told me that there are communities there composed mostly of senior citizen couples who live in motor homes.
It would sure be nice to live in something like that. When you decide to go on vacation, you can ride it and practically bring your whole house with you! You’d never have to forget anything again, not to mention that you get to travel with all the convenience of home. Anyway there are many shops that cater to motor home repairs so you wouldn’t have to worry in case the vehicle is in need of repairs while you’re on the road and even when you’re not.
It may seem odd, weird even, that I’m already studying car parts even if we don’t have one yet. I’ve always believed in the age old adage, “It’s better to be safe than sorry” and in this case, I believe it’s better to gain all important knowledge about cars, car parts and the like so that when we finally have a car, it wouldn’t seem as if we’re groping in the dark.
One car part I was able to study is aem cold air intake and I learned that it relocates the filter outside of the engine compartment to deliver cool air inlet temperatures. Basically, it draws in cooler air into the engine thus the car engine is able to “breathe” easier. From how I understood all of this, I take it to mean that where there’s cold air intake, fuel efficiency is improved so a car owner gets more savings fuel-wise. I think this is a really good car part to have especially since oil prices seem to rise up every other week.
