Should I?

I have been complaining about my weight gain but still my father keeps on texting me to take my vitamins. Well, I know I need health supplements and all but if I take my vitamins, it would also mean I am going to gain more weight.

So, I don’t know what I should do. Do I need to stop taking them or should I continue and be problematic with my weight gain?

Eczema Treatment

Eczema can be both unsightly and uncomfortable. Uggh…I can just imagine the itch that goes with the redness. I am just thankful that we in our family do not have skin problems, but we have friends who do. And they really suffer, especially during really hot days because it seems that the skin condition gets worse with heat and exposure to sunlight. They do get prescription eczema treatment but the creams can be very expensive. And if the rash is widespread, a tube of cream or ointment will not last even just a few days. It is really sad to have eczema.

Men Issues

While women are concerned about their looks, there are really men who are concerned about the size of their privates. It is such a big deal that there are young men who are ashamed to get bare in shared bathrooms for fear of humiliation from much endowed men. And those who can afford would go to the extent of buying stuff like extenze that claims positive results in this area.

But do they really work? I wish it would not such be an issue to men, just like maintaining a sexy figure is to women. All these things are superficial anyway. Although intimacy is a great part of marriage, it is not the end to it all. The physical aspect is just a small slice of marriage—it is love and respect that remains in the end.

Exercise and a Diet Pill

Speaking about no more clothes that fit, I am planning to take some diet pills that work. Maybe a few sit-ups plus a diet pill would do wonders for me and my tummy. I think it would also be cheaper if I buy a few diet pills than buying a new set of clothing.

Anyway, do you have any suggestions what diet pill that might work for me? I haven’t tried one yet.

No More Clothes that Fits

I have been wearing the same clothes since I gave birth to my third child last September 2009. Since that time, I was not able to wear all my old clothes. My mom told me that I should give those clothes if I couldn’t wear them anymore but if I do that, I wouldn’t be left with anything. I only have a handful of clothes that I can wear right now.

So, there are two choices, either I slim down to be able to wear my old clothes again or buy new urban clothes so I can wear some alternately. Well, I wanted to vote for slimming down because it will cost me a fortune if I buy new clothes. But slimming down is not easy; I need to put on so much effort that I don’t know where to start.

Anyway, I just hope I will slim down using basic sit-ups. I haven’t tried it yet but I hope it will work on me!

Hair Fall Issues

Every time I brush my hair, dozens of hair strands can be found at my brush and at the floor. After seeing this for many months, I thought I needed a hair loss cure but my mom said I am not getting bald but my hair strands are just falling. She said I don’t need any medicine but I needed rest.

Her words seemed to be plain and simple to me but actually she can be right. Stress can caused hair fall. So probably because of constant exposure to stress, my hair falls regularly when I brush or take a bath!

What do you think is the best weight loss supplements in the Philippines? Is it diet pills or slimming tea?

As you can see, though the Philippines is considered a third world country, many of my fellow countrymen are fond of buying weight loss supplements, products and services that can help them in their quest to lose weight. But since surgery is very expensive, more of them take diet pills or drink slimming teas hoping to slim down. So my question is, which of the two, diet pills and slimming tea are effective? I know slimming teas are cheap and many but these teas but does this mean they are effective?

Maybe you are wondering why I am asking this. Well, I want to slim down too but I want it to be affordable and effective. So what can you recommend for me?

Too Pricey for Me

When I checked for the prices of available refurbished fitness equipment in our place, I was shocked to find out that they are still pricey. Their prices are almost the same as new ones. So my husband suggested if I really want to work out from home, I might as well by brand new ones instead of refurbished fitness equipment. But I replied to him that I will take slimming pillss instead if the price is beyond my pocket besides, my children’s need is my priority than my bulging tummy.

Working Out from Home

Since I am planning to slim down, is it practical that I should buy refurbished fitness equipment? Cause you see, I am a stay at home mommy and I love to be at home always. So if I enroll for a gym class, I might not be able to attend my gym sessions because I am usually lazy in going out of the house. So if I buy refurbished fitness equipment, maybe I can work out and slim down from home? What do you think?
