Health Goals

I have been blogging about shedding weight and diet supplements lately. The reason behind this is my desire to get in shape. Though I am 5’5” and weights 130lbs which is ideal for a woman, I find myself not proportioned. I felt that the fats in my body are not properly distributed. They are all concentrating on my belly!

So, my quest is to tone up while burning few fats in my belly. Aside from that, I want to live a healthy life because as of the moment, my life stresses is killing me softly. I need to make a way to bring balance to my mind and body!
