Need Diet Related Advice

Since I can’t go to the gym because of my toe infection, does anyone of you know some diets that work? I might try going on a semi-strict diet while waiting for my toe problem to heal. I thought that maybe starting on a diet while waiting will help hasten my cause to get rid of this ugly stomach fat fast!

Some of my friends told me I should try the “before six” eating routine but I guess it won’t work for me. I will end up getting hungry during late nights while working. Some suggested I should control the amount of rice I should take, same; I do still feel hungry after a few hours thus making me eat again.

So, do any of you have an idea or advice to give in my weight loss problem?
