When I was still working before, I was also given the task to hire employees for the branch I am handling. So it means I am also tasked to do employment screening.
It was really hard because aside from pursuing our branch quota, I needed to hire employees to replace those who are nearing the end of their contract. So instead of focusing with our humongous quota, I needed to give time for would be employees for exams and interviews that I myself administer.
Anyway, I have no choice but to do it because our human resources department only exists in the main office but not in branches. It was tough though but I was able to manage!
